The AVM2-PC Test Stand is an advanced personal computer based diesel fuel pump test stand that is designed
to save you time. In fact, it can save you as much as 50% of the time it takes to use another test bench.
The secret of the AVM2-PC is in its ease of use. Although it is a sophisticated piece of equipment, it allows the operator to use the test stand quickly,
so you can potentially test more diesel pumps using the AVM2-PC than you could using another test stand system. Combined with the ability to test
“All Makes” of fuel injection equipment, the AVM2-PC becomes the obvious choice.

The Hartridge™ Common Rail Base Kit HB378 is designed to enhance the capability of the AVM2-PC Test Stand by providing the platform for testing all common rail pumps and systems. This includes Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens. An important part of the kit is the interlocked safety guard, which is designed
to become part of the Test Bench and should not need removal every time a different type of common rail
pump is tested.

To meet the market demand for the service testing of EUI/EUP, Hartridge™ have a range of kits to be used only with the AVM2-PC (20hp) test bench. The kits comprise a cambox with a test bench interface control unit plus EUI/EUP specific fitting kits and solenoid drive assemblies.
The HK870 is the base kit required for all applications. It consists of:
l Cambox assembly with injector fixturing clamping system.
l Control box assembly to interface with the AVM2-PC.

| HM1050 Cambox & Base Kit Storage Trolley |

The CR Base Kit and EUI / EUP cambox can be safely stored on this handy trolley. The trolley couples to the test bench ands allows both units to be safely transferred onto the test bed without the need for heavy lifting. It also has handy storage racks for the power supplies and control boxes. |
