The HK900 operates in conjunction with our AVM2-PC and HF1130 Common Rail Pump Control Unit. This extends the Service Workshops’ capability from pump only repairs to full Common Rail System Test. The “All Makes” capability facilitates the testing of injectors from the major Common Rail FIE manufacturers Bosch, Delphi, Denso and Siemens. The test system consists of the following:- l HK900 All Makes Common Rail Injector Base Kit including the basic injector fixturing assembly and main control box. l HK901 Backleakage Measurement Kit (optional), a digital measurement system designed specifically for Common Rail injector backleakage. It measures four lines simultaneously, and provides either shot-based or time-based results according to the test requirements. It also provides temperature measurement on each line and interfaces directly with the HK900. l Application kits for different injectors. |

The HA4500 Test Stand has been designed for the diesel specialists with requirements for testing the larger multicylinder and medium sized single cylinder fuel pumps. The HA4500 Test Stand is based upon technology proven in HA3000, PGM and AVM2-PC test benches. The HA4500 is a cost effective, easy to use, and accurate test stand which will test a wide range of diesel fuel pumps.

The 2 stagemaster HH720 is a cost effective easy to use module for testing two stage injectors. The HH720 is used in conjunction with either the Testmaster 2 HH700 or Testmaster 3 HH701 injector testers. The 2 Stagemaster HH720 features an LCD display and simple automatic controls to determine the second stage opening pressure (NOP2). The first opening pressure (NOP1), spray pattern, back leakage, front leakage are checked using the Testmaster 2 HH700 or Testmaster 3 HH701.

The Hartridge™ range of Microdiesel Ultrasonic Tanks are supplied in three different sizes, 5.5l (HM1003), 9.5l (HM1004) and 20 (HM1005) tank capacity. The ultrasonic cleaning process depends on the rapid formation and violent collapse of minute bubbles in the cleaning fluid. The parts to be cleaned are placed in the wire container which is inserted in the tank full of cleaning fluid. High intensity sound waves are introduced into the fluid to produce the bubbles which form around the components and remove the dirt from the surface. |

The Common Rail injector is the most advanced and precision component ever fitted to a diesel vehicle. Testing the Common Rail injector requires precision high technology equipment. The Hartridge™ Testmaster 3 HH701 and Testmaster 2 HH700 used in conjunction with the Hartridge™ Common Rail Signal Units enables Common Rail injectors to be checked for spray pattern, solenoid function and NOP over a range of pulse frequencies from 0 to 10Hz and pulse durations from 0.2ms-3.0ms. |
